A rare piece of René Lalique, an invitation for a special exhibition in December 1912.
The invitation is made of dark green glass with a white-grey powder patina and is double-decorated, with a beautiful mistletoe on one side and on the other side the text to the invitation.
With this invitation, in the form of a glass plaque, René Lalique wanted to make it clear that he now wanted to regarded as glass artist. He sent this plaque to its major customers. therefore there are a few preserved.
